Learning Objectives

  1. Distinguish the different lobes of the cerebral hemispheres and delineate borders of each lobe.
  2. For each lobe, identify the different gyri, sulci, and landmarks on their lateral, medial, and inferior surfaces.
  3. Distinguish the white matter structures passing between the hemispheres, including the anterior and posterior commissures and the different regions of the corpus callosum.
